Now that’s good customer service!

The customer service is impeccable! I contacted Missoma as my necklace broke. They responded within 1 day and offered me a replacement. I was over the moon as I only expected them to offer to repair the necklace. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Can not recommend Missoma enough

Can not recommend Missoma enough. The quality of their Jewellery is always great and their pieces are lovely.
I accidentally snapped the chain on one of my necklaces and even though it was out of warranty Missoma replaced the entire necklace free of charge. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent customer service

I am a big fan and loyal customer of Missoma as their excellent, stylish and well made pieces. I’ve recently had dealings with Joana in Customer Care who has been incredibly efficient, friendly and thorough and resolved something for me within 24 hours. I greatly appreciated this and it’s only strengthened my loyalty to the brand!

Great customer service.

Unfortunately I lost an earring back from my new earrings! I wanted to see if my I could buy a replacement so that it would be the right fit, so got in touch with the customer service. Catelyn was extremely helpful and carried out the best customer service I’ve ever received. I was gifted a new earring back and spare pair of backs. I’m so grateful for the customer care from missions and will definitely buy from them again! Also, my earring backs came within 2 days of my first email. Great service, thank you, Catelyn :)

Always Impressed!

I have gone on to purchase numerous rings and necklaces from Missoma. The plating is the most durable I’ve found in this price range. Great quality. Always very impressed!

rather surprised at poor quality customer service

rather surprised - wrong item sent to me and poor quality service afterwards.
i ordered the double bar gold studs and was sent a completely different pair of earrings. i emailed them to inform them and received one back apologising and saying they would send me the correct one back. a few days later they email to say the item i originally ordered is now out of stock and i can either keep the incorrect item or be refunded for what i bought. seems like a lose-lose situation, either i pay for something i don't like or be refunded and end up with no earrings so this whole thing was a waste of time.

Pretty huggy earings but poor clasp…

Pretty huggy earings but lost one within a few weeks as the clasps would not stay closed.

Gold Plating Coming Off & Scratches Easily After Less Than 6 Months

I received a specially monogrammed ring for a special occasion and unfortunately after less than 6months the gold plating started coming off on the corners and it got scratched so badly that I can hardly read the monogram. Keep in mind I do not wear this ring in the shower (or any water), I take them off before bed, and I don't do any hard labor with my hands. This seems ridiculous and disappointing for a piece of jewellery that costs this much.

Expensive for what it is

I’m giving 3 stars because when bought in the sale, I can just about justify the price.
Gold vermeil shouldn’t be this expensive though, and considering some of the items are just brass underneath too I don’t know how they’ve found their price point.
I have several pieces, mainly rings that tarnish quite quickly with frequent wear even if they’re taken off on a night and in the shower.
The items are unique enough and come well packaged but for the price you can buy gold filled (thicker plating than vermeil) or several vermeil pieces elsewhere. You really are paying for the name. I’ve started to buy better quality for the same or less money.

Missoma doesn't even deserve a single…

Missoma doesn't even deserve a single star therefore, I would have given zero if possible. The majority of jewellery I have purchased from them has badly tarnished despite the fact that many of the items weren't even worn (I was waiting for the perfect occasion to wear them) but they tarnished whilst being stored in their pouches in a clean jewellery box. I could have received the same poor quality by purchasing cheap jewellery from the high street so I have no idea why Missoma claim that their jewellery is 18ct gold vermeil and have such ridiculous prices. I will never purchase from them again and I am seriously considering taking my complaints to the trading standards since I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket for jewellery that I cannot even wear!

I’m shocked by some of the poor reviews on this site. I’ve ordered several items from Missoma and whilst not cheap you can tell items are of good quality and come beautifully packaged. Prompt delivery too
